Current Problems

Entertainment Management System

Most Music Misses Opportunities for Boring Reasons

Great songs lose out on sync every day not because of quality, but because the basics aren’t in order.

Rights confirmation takes too long when time matters

When a brief comes in, speed and certainty matter more than discovery.

What Syncopate Actually Does

Syncopate Is About Readiness, Not Pitching

  • Syncopate doesn’t replace relationships or creative judgment. It handles the operational work that usually slows everything down. With Syncopate, teams can:

    • Organize catalogs in one structured system

    • Track ownership, splits, and control status clearly

    • Standardize metadata and asset requirements

    • Prepare catalogs before opportunities arrive

So when a request comes in, you’re responding — not scrambling.

STILL NOT SURE?

Frequently Asked Questions

1. Rights & Ownership

To submit music through Syncopate, you must own or control 100% of both the master and publishing rights to your songs. This ensures that if your track is selected for placement, we can move quickly to finalize licensing without legal delays. We do not accept uncleared samples, beats purchased without exclusive rights, or tracks that have unresolved split agreements. If you collaborate with other creators, make sure you have written agreements in place that clearly outline ownership and revenue splits before submitting.

2. Accepted Genres

Syncopate works with music supervisors, ad agencies, game developers, and production houses seeking a wide range of genres. From pop, hip-hop, and R&B to rock, EDM, classical, world, and cinematic scores—quality and fit matter most. Each sync brief will specify the target styles, moods, and production qualities needed. Even if your main genre isn’t in a current brief, you can still join the early access list to receive future opportunities that match your sound.

3. Launch Timeline

Syncopate is now opening limited early access.
We’re currently sharing curated sync briefs with a small group of early-access members while final platform features roll out. The full Syncopate launch is coming shortly, at which point users will be able to create accounts, upload catalogs, and submit directly through the platform.

Early access provides select submission opportunities now, plus priority onboarding when public access opens.

4. How the Process Works

When you receive a sync brief from Syncopate, it will include a creative description, usage context (film, TV, ad, game, etc.), budget range, deadline, and any technical requirements. You’ll have the chance to submit 3–5 of your best tracks that meet the criteria. After review by our curation team and the project’s decision-makers, selected artists will be contacted for licensing agreements. The more complete your metadata and rights information, the faster we can move you through the process.
